At our facility, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care for our elderly residents. Our team is committed to creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment where seniors feel at home. We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Caregiver.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility support and help residents move safely around the facility.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, monitoring dietary needs, and cleanup.
- Offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior to medical staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations regarding elderly care.
- Ability to lift and support residents as needed.
- Communicate with manager regarding resident and house needs and updates.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Previous experience in caregiving preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check, as well as a TB test
- CPR certified or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to elderly care.
